Traditional Dances [Tari Didong]
Didong is an art that brings together several elements of art, such as senu dance, vocals and literature. At first this dance appeared when Abdul Kadir To'et, which is one of the artists who care about this traditional art.
When that art was much favored by the Takengon and Bener Meriah communities. The word "doong" in this art means "singing while working", some argue that the word "doong" comes from the sound of music that seems to say "din" and "dong".
