Healthy Food
Although again very busy, must cook one time a day in a healthy day for yourself, even though it was eating a bakmie, fried, etc.. Once a day we eat a healthy meal for our bodies. I make stir-fry tofu that is simple to use many vegetables and know as a source of protein. Eat organic brown rice, and make sauce for vegetables ala content use - 2 tablespoons thumb sauce - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
Pour coconut oil into frying pan, stir-fry onion first until brownish, freshly ginger garlic (just a thin slice of sliced), keep the red bell peppers same as broccoli I've boiled before 2 minutes, oseng-oseng all add pink himalayan salt , black pepper as little coconut sugar only. Udah entered him, I've fried I used to use sunflower oil. Jrengg jrengg so dehhh sauteed as he pleased.
