10K Steps Without Leaving The House
One of the challenges when I'm in charge of the kids for the day is clocking my 10000 steps. Usually on such days I don't get to leave the house so I only get like 2000 steps total.
Then, I saw the movie, 'castaway on the moon'. It's not my favourite but in it, the main character who stays in her room all day still manages to clock 10,000 steps by walking on the spot.
Kicking myself for not thinking of that earlier. Well, no excuse not to hit the target every day now.
