withdraw eth sales results in etherdelta menu to move to myetherwallet.
sent the eth balance in myetherwallet to vip.bitcoin.co.id to be redeemed in rupiah.
note: eth balance in myetherwallet must be available for sell fee, buy, deposit, or withdraw fee
