Everyone is happy with HF19 because everyone is paid! For whales its tough times but then again they had a whole year to prepare for winter. Hope i make a fortune during this times!
I have a feeling that generally the whales will come out just fine as well. From what I had seen, I estimated a drop of 10-15% on some of the highest "whale"-type payout posts. But from some of the examples @intelliguy posted, it appears it may be even less then that (on average, of course). I think @kingscrown's post is probably on the opposite extreme (and almost an anomaly) with its 35% decrease in payout. Of course, we'll know better as more examples trickle in.
