The Adventure Contest-"My Trip to NWANIBA For A Primary Assignment"

WHAT LED TO THIS ADVENTURE✈️

As popularly said, a journey begins with a step. I took a step to accomplish an assignment given to me by my department in school/university and this landed me in a place called Nwaniba, Uyo. On my first arrival at Nwaniba, Uyo, I felt I was not in Nigeria anymore, because the environment was so serene and quiet.

One thing I noticed is that because of the serene environment, many seminary schools were sited there, the road there was so classical, it is one place in uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria that houses a lot of top establishment e.g are schools, churches, estates, playgrounds etc. come to think of it the university of uyo, Akwa-Ibom state permanent site is sited there, the state government tried in the construction of a good road that has ease transportation.

SKYROCKETED COST OF LIVING😔

Another funny thing I found about this place is that since it has developed to the extent that the cost of living has become extremely high, vicinity location dependent, small scale business is scarce, people build big shops and supermarkets, and this has made the price of products high but this is not so for those living close to the market.

TOWN PLANNING

The environment as I said earlier is very serene, and the distances between buildings are very moderate, unlike houses in Lagos another congested city in Nigeria with its uniqueness. In the place I was sent to for my primary assignment, I found out one important rule taken in their citation of schools/seminary, their distance from the main road is over 700 meters by assumption, this etiquette is proper because it prevents distraction, and the horn of vehicles from distracting students/pupils in the environment for the university the distance from the tarred road is almost 2000 km which is very proper.

THE PEOPLE

I love the people in that part of the city, they were so considerate, kind, and caring. In the place of my primary assignment, after I had completed my duty, I was appreciated with a token which covered part of my transportation expenditure during my stay in the place.

I know that you enjoyed reading but let me stop here, I have yet to discover more about the place since my stay there was for a limited time but since @irawandedy has assured us of the continuity of this contest in my continuous exploration I will write more about Nwaniba and other places I have been to, I invite @mayzapata2010, @starphyreblooms, @dar22, to join in this contest.
