Remedial Minimalism
Another hundred days have passed on the hero's journey. Another hundred days closer to alignment with source. Reestablishing and strengthening the connection day by day.
Four days into the fourth year of FMO and I have not started what I told myself I was going to start. It's like that new year resolution you delay and then forget. During the next seven years I have a goal I've been putting off since the last seven years. Longer even. I must kick up the discipline.
I suppose I'm starting, or continuing my exploration of, if not quest for minimalism. Personally I think I already live a quasi-minimalist lifestyle, but I want to polish it up and standardize it a little bit and then customize it for whatever situation I may be in at any given time. It's a matter of results.
We have one more park workout from Florida. Maybe we'll get a few in while we're in Philly.
