Coloring .. cure for all our problems
Coloring has always been associated with childhood and has become a monopoly on children.
This is until the art of color therapy has emerged, and this is the latest way to relax and overcome the tension that most of us experience as a result of the conditions associated with the routine of life and the many pressures and responsibilities.
In fact, we are not required to be artists or painters to be gifted, nor we are required to be at a certain level of skill in coloring. All of us are capable of coloring between lines, and therefore all of us will benefit from the therapeutic advantages of this modern art
Benefits of coloring:
● Return to self-discovery:
Given the pressures we face in our daily lives, these pressures often distract us from ourselves. Coloring helps to get out of this daily routine and ensure a state of relaxation and psychological calm throughout the day.
● Coloring as a catalyst for creativity:
Adults who resort to this type of coloring find themselves able to choose colors, coordinate them in their clothes and decorate the house with superior taste and better than before. In fact, people who do this activity benefit in many different areas and aspects of their lives.
● Makes you move in time and space:
After a long day of fatigue and tension, you can get away from all the things surrounding the resort to coloring, which provides a state of relaxation and calm as if on holiday away from all the causes of tension in a quiet and comfortable place.
Don't let other people fights prevent you from sharing the truth about where you live and what's happening around you.
Keep up with the good articles, please!
I really love this trend, or rather this types of therapy. I really think that art has huge mental and spiritual benefits for people and coloring could be a great way to uncover your own creativity. As for me, I make mandalas while listening to music. Hanging them up on my wall and gazing at them, I feel inspired by my own creativity. It really motivates me a lot. In fact, I recently started writing as a result of my creative juices flowing more freely. That lead me to joining Steemit and here I am.
