Daily Challenge Complete- 2.21.18

In this video I attempt and succeed to do 50 consecutive push ups. I started this challenge a week ago and have done 500 push ups in 1 week. Starting tomorrow I will add the stats for each day. Again everyone is welcome to join.

My goal is to be able to do 100 consecutive solid push up in one month. So stay tuned.

I currently am having a 50 a day push up challenge. #50pushupchallenge

Rules:
1.You are only required to do a minimum of 50 push up each day, but definitely are more than welcome to do more. Let me know you have any questions.

Strongly Encourage you to take a before picture. I encourage it so we can look back at it and see the difference in your body.

Tricep Extensions-200
Standing Ab Twist-300 (trying to get abs before the summer LOL)
Lunges-60
Tricep Kickbacks-80
Bicep Curls-70
Chest press w/resistance band-90


Total =1,180
