Mbappe offered bumper deal
Highly rated forward Kylian Mbappe has been offered 9 times his current salary to sign a new bumper contract at Monaco.
The 18 year old who exploded onto the world football stage last season, and continues to be linked with Europe's top clubs. The new £140,000 a week contract is on the table, and it's not a bad situation to be in for the very young man.
Will he stay or will he go? That is the question....
I think he should leave for a better side with guarantee of playing first team football, my reason is that most of the top players in Monaco are all leaving, next season won't be so good to him at Monaco as his team mates are already leaving, and it would take sometime for their replacements to settle in, he is most likely to struggle to adapt with the new replacements. Silva has left to Manchester City, Bakayoko deal with Chelsea is almost done, several other players in the team are also linked to various teams in Europe. So it will be a great test for Mbappe if he remain at Monaco and there might be a risk of devaluation if things didn't work out well later on. If the absence of his team mates affects his performance in the coming season, then his worth will reduce automatically which is a risk in side of Monaco.
That's a high transfer salary. But the large increase is also due to the fact that as a young player he didn't have a very large transfer. After how important he proved for Monaco last year, the increase in wages would only make sense, in my opinion.

As I have mentioned before in my posts, he NEEDS to stay if he wants to become a World Class Player! In AS Monaco he will a starter and be able to evolve into a complete player, but if he goes to an European giant he will be a bench warmer.
They are superhyping this guy. Let him proof himself for 2-3 seasons first before we can know his true worth.

I doubt he'll stay with Monaco now that Real Madrid and other big clubs are keen to sign him.
I think Madrid have an eye on him to replace Ronaldo who may want to leave after the tax issue that has recently arisen.
