Detour to a Scenic Route

I finish work at 12am, my friend calls me and asks me to come over, being the kind of person who stays awake all night anyway, I thought "why not".

I make my way to his house late in the night and of course heading south away from the main city and main suburban areas wildlife is present, I almost hit a kangaroo. (Just Aussie things)

Morning comes and I'm starting to get a little tired, knowing that the drive home will take an hour I must give my self plenty of time as falling asleep while at the wheel is defiantly something that I do not want to do. We say our goodbyes and I go to leave.

I exit his house, the sun is out, I start to make my way north back towards home but the sky around me is beautiful, I cant leave yet. I need to capture this. I remember that there is a look out point another 10 minutes south, I turn around and head towards it.

I leave and finally make my way home, on the way I notice it is very foggy, knowing that I could potentially get a really nice shot of this I slow down and start to scout for a safe location to pull aside.

At the end of the drive I got home safe, no dramas. I was keen to jump on the computer and attach my camera to see what kind of shots I have taken.
