Prepping the body before summer ๐
Day 3, we started easy the first 2 days with an easy walk down to the fitness where we changed our outfits. Then we rowed 3000 meter, which took aprox 16 minutes before finishing with 3 * 10 push ups and sit ups. The only difference on day 2 was that we increased to 3 * 15 push ups and sit ups.
We will do the same today, maybe it sounds a bit boring - and yes, it is. However, when you get started with training it is always tough - not only for your body, but you will also have to test your motivation. If you can handle the boring parts of life, you will enjoy the funny parts to the fullest.

PS. Lessons learned from yesterday. The Saffron is not made for empty stomachs, its too potent - better if you take it in the evenings ๐
