Pissed off on bad service😎

When you come from Norway you are somehow used to good service when you spend your money on restaurants, or even other places. The service level is quite high, however there will always be exceptions from the rules - but in general you will be met with a smile and have a nice day when you leave.

The level of service minded people will drop as more east you come in Europe, but the service I got in St. Petersburg 15 years ago was even better than what I got on El Barrio Andel (Prague 5) here the other day. If you are in the neighborhood - this is a place you should avoid if you want a complete experience. It is a pricey place, so I am quite surprised that they don't have any better service than the Kebab shops around.

I was so pissed off that I had to write them a complaint. We will see what feedback they give me.

The best food in Prague, combined with the worst service in the world?

Take a trip to El Barrio in Andel and go down and visit their Steak House.

If you are as unlucky as me, you will have that slim guy with baird and mustache to serve you . This idiot managed to give us 2 beers and one coke yesterday, despite that we ordered 2 cokes and one beer. Not only this, after me and my business partner had finished the starter - he came and served a Rumpsteak to my business partner, and when I asked where is mine? He hadn't recognized that I had made the same order.

What is this? Is it only working amateurs serving the food for El Barrio?

I tell you one thing, I thought this was an exclusive restaurant who took care of their clients, but no?

Some few months ago, I was there after booking table for 6. When me and my Norwegian friend arrived, he didn't want to find our table - he just responded the restaurant was full even that it was not a single customer there. In the end, me and my Norwegian friend had to go upstairs and wait for the Czech people who had to argue with this Idiot.

It was the same fucking idiot who served me wrong yesterday.

I tell you one thing, I am so angry at your fucking restaurant - and I will tell all the Scandinavian clients, stay away from this place - it does not live up to its expectations.

At least we gave your disillusioned waiter his 1 czkr in tip yesterday, actually 1 czkr more than he deserved - and went for TGI Friday's, where we got the service we was looking for and where I could be sure I get what I am asking for.

El Barrio Andel proves to be the most crappy Restaurant in Praha 5 when it comes to service, and I am sure I will write it in my blog.
