A day of contrasts My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2020
To day was a strange one. Startid by and email from a friend from USA. The email was bad he is in a bad place now. Then a meet up with a friend and er did a 5 hours bike ride. It was cold just above +0c Even got a bit of snow. A got so so tired in the end. But it was so Nice. Got home then contacted a difrent friend in USA and now they are trying to call him. A think it's ok but he told me in the email he had no plans to stay alive much longer. Anyway a bit dark this one. made this dinner to day it was so good.
