Kobe The Ironman Tetsujin No. 28(鉄人２８号)
Hello everyone,
I went to Kobe in Hyogo Prefecture to look for Tetsujin No. 28. Do you know what it is?
Tensujin No. 28 or Gigantor
It is modeled after a Japanese anime, and is 15 meters tall and weighs 50 ton. It stands in Wakamatsu Park in Kobe. Originally this robot was created for the Kobe Tetsujin project, to build a disaster monument in Kobe after The Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995
Also, it is a sightseeing spot to get tourists to come to Kobe after the economy was down, and to create a new landmark in Kobe.
It is open 24 hours and there is no fee.
Access:
Kobe subway: From Kobe-Sannomiya take the Kaigan Line or Shinsei Tamate Line and get off at Shin-Nagata Station.

I took my customers (a family) there. They enjoyed with it so much, specifically, parent were excited more than kid. 😆
