Tulip Fields For Easter - Because One Lip Fields Are Just Weird
Happy Easter everyone! Last year, for Easter, after church, I ended up frolicking in tulip fields with a new friend I made! You can take that literally because I made her out of paper 😆
This year I'm in Bali and I almost forgot it was coming, honestly, because there were no commercialized bunnies or robin's eggs to remind me (too bad... I'm suffering from serious Easter candy sale FOMO over here).
It's kind of ironic that I need candy to remind me of Easter when Easter has nothing to do w/ bunnies or candy at all.
It's all about the fact that Christ loved us enough to die for us! And he chose to do it. Even if we don't love him back. Or believe he exists. Or if we hate him.
I've been saving this picture for the Sunday purple challenge by @kalemandra and I realized today is the perfect day because tulips = Easter! Tulips also = corny puns about kissing.
But mostly they make me think of Easter and Easter dresses:
I hope you have an amazing Easter day! And speaking of hope, just remember that Christ's death on the cross is what can give us true ultimate hope. Not his death, but the fact that he resurrected and is living. It just proves God keeps his word and has a better future for us than we could plan!

interesting! if you like Tulips you have to go the "keukenhof" in the Netherlands one day, will post about soon.
Happy Easter

I hope you had a good Easter too! I just realized I only responded to this in my head and not in real life! sorrry
The title of the article hit me as a parody title of a Dutch (due to Dutch past affinity for tulip cloning) band covering the Beatles, "Strawberry Fields Forever (Tulip Field For Easter)."
