With my daughter...

From the moment I open my eyes in the morning and my daughter will be the first thing I see, I know that this is the beginning of my perfect day. Play with her, hear her laughter and smell her distinct scent! What a perfect morning.

Teaching is my passion. Continuing your passion when you are already a mother is hard especially when you are a full time mom. But I found a way to pursue my dream with online teaching. Once my daughter is asleep at 1:00pm, I will open my class time for my students then I will end it at 4:00pm. So I’m hitting 2 birds with one stone. I can continue my passion while helping my husband financially.

With my husband...

We always fight our unique battle, like who will make the coffee, but at the end of the day we can still talk silly things, then turn to serious talk, then silly things again! A simple moment when I am with him is a big deal for me.

With my Family...

Although we are apart, I know that they’re still there for me. A minute talking with them means a lot. Whether it’s a call or text on the phone, it is important not to miss a day without any kind of communication.

Though we don’t always have a perfect day, and there are times when we feel miserable because there are circumstances that we cannot control. But before closing our eyes at night, let’s think of the things we have and appreciate it. Like the saying goes, “Take the time to smell the roses.”
