Green Pepper Fillet !
I like this dish too much, we often serve it at my job and the costumers appreciate it a lot! You need for make it for two people :
150-200 Grill Slices Of Same Weight All Same Thickness
1 White Onion
10 Cl Dry White Wine
1 Strong Dense Mustard one spoon
2 Green Pepper Grain, two Spoons
2 DL Liquid Cream
75 Gr Butter
Salt And Pepper Macinated .

How to Make Green Pepper Fillet
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the onion in a pan with 25 grams of butter for about 5 minutes, make it Wet with the white wine ( if it is a good quality wine is better!) and let it evaporate, baking for about 10 minutes.
Cook the fillet with 50 grams of butter in another frying pan. For a bowl of blood, it is recommended to cook for about one minute for each side; Use a spatula and a spoon to make thread slices and not a fork, so that the juices can not escape. Salt and peppers at the end of cooking. Place the meat aside and keep it warm.
Add the cream liq to the onions already cooked, the mustard if you use it, and the green pepper well drained, and adjust the salt. Cook with high flame and mixing for about one or two minutes.
Place the slices of fillet on individual plates, decorate them with green pepper sauce, and serve it!
