"Como nos afecta el strés la salud?"

Hi everyone.

Another new day greets us with another amazing contest about stress. I hope you enjoy reading my thoughts about it.
I thank @edgargonzalez for such an amazing topic to talk about.

Do you think that stress leads to certain health problem?

Yes I do. Stress is mans enemy. A person who is soo stress out is likely to develop, mental brea-down. Also they might develop heart disease. It is the duty of the doctor to diagnose us of illness and tell us the cause and it is the duty of us humans to adhere to the advise of the doctor. We cannot stay away from stress but we have to be able to manage it.
Stress of not managed properly can sometimes cause death.

Do you lead a stress-free work or daily life? Explain?

As humans as we are, we experience stress in one way or the other. As a student stress is an uninvited guest in my life. I can't say my life is stress free because everyday I encounter it.
Stress is this nervous or worried feeling that we get and it makes us unable to be calm and relaxed. Waking up in the morning alone is stress alone not to talk about assignment and surprised test in the class room. My life everyday is full of stress. That is only when I am in school but at home I wake up some days and that whole day is stress free but at times too it's stress full.

What activity do you do to keep yourself worry-free and stress free? Whether it's going out, going to the gym, going to the movies, going out to visit a relative, walking etc.

Every body in particular has a way of dealing with their stress. Me as a person I am not an outing type. I mostly prefer to be indoors. And when I am so stressed out that I don't know what to do again I just turn on my PC and watch some movies. At times to I read some stores to help me. At night when the weather is calm I talk a walk around. All these activities help me to release stress.

Explain what situation cause you to stress and if you have had or experience any stressful moment.

Being a student. When I study too much I become stress out. Or when we have an exams to write them stress come s and take over. I have ever had such an experience before. We had a exams to write and a day before that I read my slides and slept. The exams was to be written at 1:30 in the afternoon. The course was statistics. Before when we are in class and the lecturer teaches we don't understand anything. Everytime it's like he's speaking a different language. So on the day of the exams, not only me about my friends too. We were so worried. Because we didn't know what we were going to write. We have read the slides, tried to solve questions on the topic from online. But still we couldn't help but worry about the exams. I just told my friends "I've done my best". So I just placed my phone in my bag and sat down waiting to enter the exams hall. I just focused my attention on what I studies and when we entered the hall an when the papers were shared I was not disappointed.
So it's all about putting your attention to other things to distract yourself.

In conclusion.

Stress is something we cannot run from. But what we can do is when it's comes our way we try to put measures in place to make sure it doesn't harm us. When one is too stressed out you get migraines and it can sometimes cause a nervous breakdown of the human body.
Let us all try to manage our stress one way or the other to help us continue to live a healthy life.
