The Giving Pool Project

Hi,

With all the crypto profits we've been making, I have an idea for a project and wanted to share it with the Steemit community.

I have always wished that I could be one of those people on the news you hear about around the holidays who randomly pays for a bunch of peoples layaway items at Wal-Mart or buys a $1000 gift card to a coffee shop to pay for the drinks of everyone who comes in after. I can imagine how great it would be to watch the reactions of people as they receive an unexpected gift from a total stranger and also know that as great as that experience is for me, it is even better for those who receive the gift.

Unfortunately, most of us, including me, simply don't have the resources to just do that type of thing regularily without impacting our ability to pay the bills and support our family. But what if there was a way we could all experience and promote that type of giving without digging deep into our wallets?

My goal for this project is to see if we can raise enough to truly bless the lives of others by each donating $1, (or whatever amount you can easily give on a regular basis), With these small donations from a large number of people we could start changing lives and promote giving $1 at a time.

With your support I plan to start giving to others and posting videos of the moments when these gifts are given out, so we all can all watch and experience what our donations mean to others.

Before you ask, let me clear up a few things...

100% of the money raised will go to others. I will not be paying myself.
When deciding who the money goes to I will NOT pick close friends or family.

-I will also NOT choose to give in support of something some may clearly not agree with. For example, I would not give in support of specific political or religious views.

So, with that, now it is up to you to make this a reality and help me start spreading the giving $1 at a time.
