What is Altair VR?
Altair VR is a global virtual reality platform for world discovery managed by the community through blockchain. It will serve as a platform that will allow for community members to create and distribute virtual reality experiences. It will be a platform not only for professionals but for all who wish to create content on the Altair VR platform. the platform is aimed at world discovery in all ramifications and will thus allow for us to see our world in a whole new light, from it being applied to our classrooms where it will better learning especially in that of little kids to historical events & to general fun experiences like visiting a virtual zoo. Altair VR has a very rich history from the launch of its planetarium in Russia into the expansion of this planetariums to other regions in Russia and into Siberia in 2014 and most recently in October 2017 having it virtual planetariums working in regions in Russia with some in eastern Europe in view. Altair VR is the first VR platform for world discovery built on blockchain technology. We have been working in the field of additional education for over 7 years. During this time, we managed to build the largest network of mobile planetariums in Russia and the CIS, there by introducing more than 500.000 children to astronomy.
Anyone can participate while the public Pre-sale is open (from Feb 26th to Mar 31st) or while the ICO token sale is open (from May 1st to June 5th) and while token supplies last. From the ICO, Techspecs will proceed to getting listed on cryptocurrency exchanges, where the price will fluctuate based on public demand. We wanted to improve the quality of our planetariums as well as find ways to make them globally accessible. We found a solution in Virtual Reality technology.
Next-gen VR Wikipedia The next stage is the creation of a platform that will allow to virtually discover the world through teaching and interactive games – a type of Virtual Encyclopedia for natural sciences including, but not limited to chemistry, physics, biology, geography, and history. We have created a VR encyclopedia in which anyone can create their own content and share their interpretation of knowledge. Content on the site will be generated according to the users’ preferences and selected through a voting process.

A total of 1.000.000.000 ALT tokens will be issued. There will be no additional emission. The minimum purchase amount is 0.05 ETH. 1 ETH = 10000 ALT Tokens. All tokens for the team will be frozen for one year. After the platform’s launch, the smart contract will burn 1% of the total number of tokens in circulation daily, until only 10% of the initial token emission remains.
April 30, 2018 - the start of pre-ITO. Soft-cap 500 ETH, Hard-cap 10.000 ETH. Bonus for participants is 35%. The main round of ITO is coming soon. Hard-cap - sale of all tokens. Censorship might include persecution of authors, site owners, and hosting sites, where problematic materials and resources are located. There is a solution: blockchain technology. Blockchain technology stores data in a decentralized manner. Using blockchain, we do not use a single server that falls under the jurisdiction of a particular country. This is one of the important blockchain applications in our project.
