TARTLETS WITH MUSHROOMS.

Composition:

Mushrooms – 300 gr.

Onion – 1 PC.

Sour cream – 100 ml.

Hard cheese – 50 gr.

Olives – 50 gr.

Salt, black pepper – to taste

Tartlets – 30 PCs.

Method of preparation:

1. Onion peel, finely chop, lightly fried in vegetable oil.



2. Mushrooms clean, finely chop. Send obzhivatjsya to the onions, fry on a fairly high heat for 10 minutes.



3. Season with salt and pepper, add sour cream, stir, lower the heat. Simmer on low heat under a lid for 20 minutes.



4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add to the mushrooms, stir and stew under the lid for another 5 minutes.



5. Olives cut into thin rings.



6. Using a teaspoon fill the tartlets with braised mushrooms, put a ring of olives. The dish is ready.
