Fruit Of My Labor

hello everyone, I am still in my Private First Class please correct me if I am not aloud yet to post in this community. I’II be glad because i am still learning.I just want to share the fruit of my labor.

Months ago i decided to plant a banana tree in our vacant lot(we live in the city). And now i am so happy because it already bear fruits, I am so proud of it because I am the one who plant it.

Eating banana can help lower blood pressure and may reduce the risk of Cancer. Banana are high in Potassium and contain good level of Protein and dietary fiber. Aside from the nutritious fruits it also help shade in our backyard from the harmful sunlight at noon.
