NEPALI SEL ROTI

Sel Roti is neapli traditional home made sweet and ring shape roti. Normally it is made of rice . People says that it is doughnut made of rice. In NEPAL it is cooked in Dashain and Tihar. People normally also cooked in marriage ceremony , bartamanda and home puja in Hindu religion.

It is made of rice flour , sugger,milk and ghee,and adding other stuff like coconut,cashewnuts, cardamom.cinnamon ect to make more tasty and flavourful. It is semi liquid of all ingredients which is mixed well and it is deep fried in boiling oil.
