[EP197] - Use your grit for life!
Hi everyone!
Hope you're all well!
Welcome to my video made exclusively for D.Tube.
I had some insight into what leaders look for in their staff, and it turns out grit is a big one. People who have had to deal with adversity and come out the other side tougher... and I completely agree. I've worked with thousands of people now, and I can tell you that experience doesn't necessary make a great employee.
A great employee is someone who isn't put off by things that are hard. They're people who persvere, people who aren't dissauded when things get tricky or awkward. Honestly, I think that prior experience really only speeds up the first few weeks and months. I'd much rather have someone on my team that cares than an experienced but lazy, jaded or cynical one.
