Basically the Steem Alliance is an elected group of people that will liaise with Steemit Inc in order to get things done and make things happen on behalf of the Steem Community. They will be a non-profit organization that works in the best interests of the community as a whole, not any particular person, company or group.

We have basically a day remaining to vote on how we want this group/foundation/alliance to look... how big should it be, what positions will it require, goals, purpose, ethics, etc. It's important to have a look at, because they'll work on making changes to the Steem Blockchain that the community wants...

Let me know what you think... and let me know if there's any particular questions you have about the whole thing... I think it's a great idea overall and I think it will be absolutely huge for the community as a whole.
