Welcome again to my blog. I hope you have been following my cookings lately and do you find my dish interesting? If yes, leave a comment below.

Today, I have something beautiful, mouthwatering, sumptuous and enticing for you. It's "Chin-Chin." If you are new here, then you need to follow my steps, they are very simple!

Let me take you round my kitchen and teach you how Chin-Chin are done in a very easy steps..

Ingredients for Chin-Chin!

🔹Flour
🔹Sugar
🔹Milk
🔹Veg. Oil
🔹Eggs
🔹Water
🔹Baking powder
🔹 Vanilla extract

Steps

🔹Wash your hands with soap and water. Cover your hair and keep all bowls clean.

🔹Sieve the quantity of flour you would be working with into a bowl. Add baking powder, milk flavour and mix together with your hands.

🔹Add butter into the bowl of flour and mix with your hands. Mix well to avoid lumps.

🔹In another bowl, break your eggs, beat until fluffy.

🔹Add the beaten eggs, liquid milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix together with your hands. Now you need to fold to get it right. Avoid lumps. Now, the dough is ready.

🔹Sprinkle some flour in a clean surface or a flat plate. Also sprinkle some dry flour on your hands to help you make your buns shape.

🔹Use a rolling pin or a smooth bottle to roll out your dough. Do it little by little before cutting into your desired shape.

🔹In a clean tray, sprinkle some dry flour before placing the cut shape dough to avoid sticking. Sprinkle some flour on the it as you continue the process.

🔹 It's time to fry! Place a clean pot on a low heat, add large amount of oil and allow to heat.

🔹 Gently add the cut shape dough into the oil and allow to fry. Just make sure the oil covers the Chin-Chin in the pot.

🔹Stir the Chin-Chin on fire continuously to avoid burning. Once it's golden yellow, sieve out and allow to cool off.
