Women metoo# campaign

Recently I heard about metoo# campaign.This campaign is about the awareness of crime and violence related to women.

I was astounded to see how many women have written metoo# in their post.It means all of them have faced this assault once or multiple times in their life.

Its painful to see that daily how many women are getting assaulted. I don’t understand where we are heading to as these days young girls even in cradle are not safe.
Even grandmaa living nextdoor is also not safe.

Are we going insane or insensitive towards this.
We should never forgot that its Women who create, nurture and care life and what she is getting in return:

Female foeticide
Sexual assault or rape
Domestic violence
Abduction
Gender discrimination
Body shaming
Harassment

Some are ill treated, some are thrashed, some are nagged and some are beaten badly.
No name and space for them.

I would request you all to understand the sensitivity of this issue and take part in supporting women.
