Nowdays, we have fixed one day for almost everything.

Do you all know why we do and why its must?

There are certain reasons for this, first to highlight the importance of certain thing in our life and secondly to create the awareness among the people.

Handwashing is must to prevent many diseases which can cause serious health issues.

Our hands carry germs so we need to wash our hands before we eat food and even after eating the food.
Washing your hands are must after toilet or before cooking and when you come from outside to your home.
Even when you come from hospital then also washing your hands is must.

These days doctor recommend proper hygiene before handling infants.

so make this a part of your daily habbit and free yourself and your family from diseases.
