Tagliatelle with Scampi, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

I used some special noodles that I bought in France to create the following dish tonight:

The noodles I used are called Spiruline and are made with chlorella (is that the correct word?!):

First, I roasted the scampi with some coconut oil and put them aside.

Second, I roasted garlic, green onion and extinguished with some white wine. I also added tomatoes and mushrooms and finally the scampi to heat them up again. I roasted some pine nuts, because they are awesome, as well:

It was a great dish and the white wine was awesome, too. I bought it on my vacation in France.
