Winter is back Зима вернулась

Most recently, the temperature was above zero. But now it's cold again. Outside the window minus 12 degrees Celsius. Again it is snowing. Frost is still rampant on the street.
Here in the photo. Again, icicles hang over your head. House owners and management companies do not have time to shoot them down. People are forced to constantly walk up the sidewalk. An ice block can fall on the head.
The trees are covered with snow again. This is not a happy weather.

Совсем недавно была плюсовая температура. Но сейчас опять наступили холода. За окном минус 12 градусов. Опять идёт снег. Мороз по прежнему свирепствует на улице.
Вот на фото . Опять сосульки висят над головой. Собственники домов и управляющие компании не успевают их сбивать. Люди вынуждены идя по тротуару постоянно смотреть вверх. На голову может свалиться ледяная глыба.
Деревья опять покрыты снегом . Вот такая не радостная погода.
