Monument to the founder of our city Пямятник основателю нашего города

Our city Oryol was founded by decree of the Russian Tsar Ivan the Terrible.
The city was laid, as an outpost from the raids of the Tatar - Mongols. Citizens honor the memory of the founder of our city.
In the place where the first fortress was built, a monument to Ivan the Terrible was erected. Many people come here to gratefully look at this monument and pay respect to the person by whose decree our city was founded

Наш город Орёл был основан по указу русского царя Ивана Грозного.
Заложен город был, как форпост от набегов татаро - монголов. Горожане чтят память основателя нашего города.
На месте, где была построена первая крепость, был установлен памятник Ивану Грозному. Много людей приходят сюда, чтобы с благодарностью взглянуть на этот памятник и отдать уважение человеку, по указу которого был основан наш город.
