Thorn amongst the roses
Yoda is the master of the evil stare and he easily qualifies for the title of Worst Behaved Cat of all the cats I've ever known. Giving you the stinkeye is his default setting, which easily turns into violence. He only accepts touch on his terms. At one point he was pretty much banned from the vet for attacking her when she tried to examine him although he is a little bit better behaved these days.
Despite all this, he is a much adored member of my household and I have had him since he was a tiny 5-week-old feral kitten at death's door from starvation. I found him on a street all by himself, too weak to stand and it is unlikely that he would have survived another night.
All he ever needed was food and he grew and thrived but has remained a free spirit who has resisted all attempts to civilise him. He likes nothing better than to lurk in the bushes - the 4 o'clock flowers are a favourite - catching rats and birds and he's very good at it. He growls like a dog and runs away if you come near him when he has caught his prey.
He's a beautiful cat and people always want to interact with him, which he declines to do, unless they ignore him. In which case, he will approach and rub himself on their legs. If he really likes you, he will bite your feet. If he dislikes you, you will be slapped with claws extended
Yesterday, he was on top of the kitchen cupboards and looked all set to jump down on the counter and knock over all the appliances so I got a chair, stood on the counter and got him off the cupboard. I stepped back carelessly onto the chair, which tipped. Yoda jumped out of my arms and I fell against the edge of the kitchen sink. At the time, it was so painful I thought I had broken a rib but I feel a little better today so its probably just bruising and muscle spasm.

I don't know if I could list all my cat related injuries, luckily none serious.
He's a beautiful cat, but he does look like a slasher. Our does that when you walk by and don't notice him.

Snapseed is available for iPhone as well. It’s pretty much the gold standard mobile photo editing app and works much like a digital darkroom...as long as you don’t rely too heavily on the presets. I’d be lost without it.

He is beautiful. He might have Bipolar, or just major anxiety. Often we dont realize that animals are prone to similar emotions and psychological disorders.
I have a cat i rescued as a kitten and she is beautiful too, i just love her. But boy is she moody!
She calls me and i pick her upside down in my arms like a baby and give her kisses.
And other times she hisses when you walk past her and jumps with anxiety.
cats can be easy going and temperamental, lazy and cute, naughty and playful and just down right rude.
They can climb, jump, run and purr, and work dough with there paws when you rub their fur.
Their true and cuddly and your best friend, they will always be yours until the end.
Despite being bazaar and at times just down right rude, cats they do love you, yes they do.
yoda bares scars so verry deep down, but thank you to you for loving him sinced found.
He is wise and cautious and its understandable, for the dark side surroundes him, and his just protecting you
My vet thinks he's bipolar, I think he's mostly anxious. He is very physical, though
Yoda is a cutie and your story brings back childhood memories of when my brother worked at a hotel as a maintenance man, they had a lot of feral cats which of course had a lot of kittens constantly. One day his boss said my brother had to catch the litters of kittens and drown them. Instead he caught them and brought them all home(not all at the same time luckily). We had a fantastic vet, who wasnt a great fan of cats, because of what they do to the wildlife, but still gave us amazing discounts on desexing and vaccinations. They were little spit fires from the beggining and never quite changed into true domesticated cats, but we loved all 25 of them. These days things are a little more tame, we have two rescue cats who we love very much, one is super cuddly and the other is really moody. I look forward to more pictures of Yoda.
The feral-born cats are different, that for sure. I like that about them, though. I have a few ex-ferals and even the totally tame and friendly ones are feisty.

It was really dumb and careless on my part but I'm feeling better today so I don't think anything is broken. I have broken my ribs before and there's no treatment apart from rest so that is what I am doing
