The Malecon in Puerto Vallarta is very popular touristy food spot. My boyfriend and I were in town during restaurant week, and decided to try Serrano's Meat House. This would be the best decision we made that week.
They gave us chips and salsa, which we of course ate too much of. I love that they offered a few different salsas, and the chips were homemade!
But what I'm really excited to show you is this...
The Beef TarTar.
Tell me that isn't a beautiful appetizer?
Finely diced beef, peppers, onions... all on a perfectly crisped bread, and topped with creamy avocado.
It looked so beautiful, I had to take a picture or two.
