We can learn to be happy!
How deeply you feel the happiness to be happy and how frequently? It is much more important to be happy. The US psychologist Joyce Brothers has given the recipes to find out the happiness.
What do we mean by happiness?
People first understand the money, home, cars, luxury, popularity etc. But the researchers find happiness in the list of the first to have the ability to control their own life and have a sincere relationship or contact with others. Apart these many people believe; self-confidence is the key to being happy.
Full of life
It is very important for a person; how much happy or satisfied is he with his life. Actually, each person gives more value to different things. Somebody wants money, and someone wants to have a great car. Someone wants a home of their own. Someone else may or may not need all these things. Whatever they have, they are pappy or satisfied with it.
It will be a beautiful day
In the morning, start thinking that you will like the day. Make a small plan around the day. It could be a cup of coffee with someone or phone an old friend.
Be thankful to at least one person
Give thanks to those people who love you or wish you good luck, at least one person every day. Who can say? Perhaps your life will be better with their sincerity. This is thanksgiving or gratifying can be done through any means.
Do something for yourself
You decorated yourself well or spread the scent of the bath in the water and stayed in the water for an hour. Do this just for your own enjoyment.
Think for others
Buy flowers or greetings on your favorite person's birthday or other occasion. Help the elderly get to work in the house. Simply put, try to enjoy every moment.
Find out the Beauty
It may be a special kind of flower or butterfly. See, how beautiful you are around in your surroundings, which you can be happy to see. You just have to find it. It is not necessarily a lot of expensive or big things to be happy.
Laughter is a little but worth a lot
Laughing seeing somebody; smiling from other side is also available. But it is not sure that he will have to give back smile, it may not happen always. Remember, when you bend a bit your jaws for laughter and then your mind will start to be good.
