The more complaints, the more attention this will get. The Magos scammers also had a Facebook page. Simple inquiry by the authorities to Twitter and Facebook should yield further information.
Yes, but the SEC has said that you invest in ICOs by your own risk. Also I believe that American citizens is forbidden to participate in ICOs.
