MONEY OR LOVE?
In essence money and love they are both drugs.
Hear me out, what is love exactly? People like the feeling they get. When a person is in love the chemical anandamide is produced in our brain. "Anandamide is a neurotransmitter that binds to cannabinoid receptors in the brain and body, stimulating a sense of happiness and mental well-being." People are addicted to the feeling but this is really just a mechanism "of nature" to make sure our species reproduce.
With money it's kind of the same. Why are some people addicted to gambling? They love the joy of winning, it's gives them some kind of high. That's because of the dopamine that's produced in their brains.
