Biostation Resort & Tip of Borneo, Sabah Borneo

Let's time travel ourselves to Tip of Borneo shall we, which is located at Kudat where all the local calls it "Simpang Mengayau". To get there, you definitely need to drive, you could either rent a car from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport or search on the internet they will send the car over to you.

We were suppose to go to our hotel right away but we got a little too excited that we end up at the Tip of Borneo before anything else as the weather was so inviting. Here's a peek of the shore

An hour drive away from Simpang Mengayau is where Biostation Resort is. Price is slightly on the high side but it's quiet and private. So,it's really up to you, there's a lot of lodge around. For this one it's RM240/night.

Looks pretty nice isn't it, but if you don't like the heat, don't pick this place it gets pretty hot even with the aircon is on. It takes quite a while for the room to cool down.

Love the beaches, you sure won't want to miss this.

For food we went to town for seafood, you could dine at the restaurant at the resort but we prefer seafood, sorry I've forgotten to take pictures of the food but we went to Restaurant Kampung which is opposite the market.

We went for a walk the next morning to found, there's a hidden gem nearby





There is also fishes all over the place. Oh and be careful there's jellyfish season, don't be shy to ask the staff at the resort.
