About the name of Epiphone
Epiphone is an American brand of musical instrument manufacturer since 1957. They built their name in New York City and then bought over by the other company named Chicago Musical Instrument Company - CMI. and is the same company who also bought Gibson in 1944.
The instruments of this brand
Epiphone were popularized from guitar instruments but however they also build amplifiers, basses, banjo, mandolin, and viola. They also built few limited edition of Artist Signatures Guitars like John Lennon’s Casino, Jack Cassidy’s Bass, Noel Gallagher’s Sheraton, Union Jack’s Supernova and many more.
Epiphone built for over 135 years and few models are the most memorable series such as Broadways, Wilshires, Masterbilts, Texans, Emperors and Coronets but the Casino Series is their most famous because it was used by The Beatles during their performances at the rooftop!!
Casino with Bigsby vibrato
This classic look and with their vintage tone and same features as the first edition, has made a collection for generations. It has been made a playable guitar for performance especially you can see on stage by the artists like Paul McCartney and George Harrison’s from The Beatles, Thom Yorke of Radiohead, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher of Oasis, Keith Richards and many more.
