Most helpful book i have read yet!

The book talks about ACT therapy, which consists of:

A- accepting thoughts and feelings
C- connecting to your core values
T- taking effective action

I personally have read this book 2 times. Once in the early fall of last year, and again a couple months ago. Took notes, did the mental exercises. DEFINITELY gave me a new perspective and helped out with day to day pressures. I have done more value centric activities. Have changed some decisions i make, and how i choose to spend my time.

For me it is activities like gardening, volunteering, learning, reading, not overthinking things as much. Spending time with genuine people.
If you do things you truly value, you will find fulfillment.

I recommend this book to every man, woman and child. Nothing but beneficial.
Hope this book reaches more and more people.
