This should be a cold-storage computer built for cyber security, on which private keys are managed with Armory, a trustless architecture with the extension of the glacier.org protocol. This dedicated computer can be powered by means of an off-grid source such as solar panels and disconnected from the Internet. A link to the blockchain can be made by a common satellite. For 2FA, a dedicated burn phone can be used and stored in a faraday cage.
As a noteworthy and rarely mentioned backup, the entire private key can be stored in one's subconscious using deep hypnosis.
