I've been talking about this since 2001 when my business teacher told me about it. Online companies don't have any overheads. They don't have to heat and light stores, pay checkout workers, change what's on display, pay high-street rents, they can just use an automated system to take payments and send the stuff out in trucks. It's so much more efficient, but some of these high street shops just don't get the message. They keep blundering on with the bricks and mortar modal, instead of going online. We could have saved so many well-known brands by taking them online.
