That would have to be a hard no from me. Just constantly self voting or circle jerking would be the slow death of the blockchain. There is so much development happening with apps and features that our weakest point right now is interaction and retaining users. If anything we need to vote and comment a lot more to keep people interested.

Imagine if the whales started commenting and voting for dolphins and established users. The knock on effect would be massive for all the users. The votes would trickle down as we would all be getting more to work with.
