I'm a writer. Not a particularly good one, not a hugely active one but a writer all the same. Just because i want to. I've always had a love of books and stories, probably due to where i come from and how i have been raised. My country has so much history and myth surrounding it that it would be hard not to get caught up in it a little bit. So i read and listened and wrote. Always for myself.

If i was given an assignment in school i didn't care in the slightest and used to drive my English teacher mad. I had an older sister who was his favorite student so he expected more of the same when i can along. (never going to happen). I spent more time outside of his class than in it, thrown out with my best mate just because we were too disruptive. I did make an effort once, just to prove a point to him that i could write and got an A+. It only made him worse looking back since now he knew it wasn't lack of ability, i just couldn't be bothered.

So I do it for fun and for myself. I think that's why i love the site here so much. i know that there is money involved and people always take that seriously but for me what is even more important is that there is a community here. Nobody is forced to go in any direction, there are no boundaries and very little negativity. People here can write, post, vlog, develop. Whatever takes their fancy and will probably get supported from doing so. That is a very rare thing these days. I could just stay here, not enjoy myself and try to earn money but i already have one job to make me miserable. I really don't see the point in spending my spare time doing the exact same thing.

Enjoy what you do.

Enjoy what we have here. What we have is a community of extraordinary individuals all working towards the same goal in a multitude of different ways. It's a beautiful thing really. We all want a successful blockchain where we can earn money doing what we love and i think that going forward we will have that. All the signs at the moment suggest that there will be a big future here on the blockchain and i for one am looking forward to see what comes.

I love @actifit since i like to be out and about anyway, previously using Samsung health to track my steps but this is so much better. We have a great app in @partiko which keeps us in constant touch with our profile and makes the whole thing so much more interactive than it used to be. I play @super8ballclub to pass the time and used to have the original version on my phone. Three out of a hundred ways that i enjoy my time on here and they all have one thing in common. They all let you earn STEEM while you do it.

Growing your account.

When i say the account i mean more than just my SP. The end goal will obviously be to accumulate as much SP as possible but it is not the whole story. I want to bring others with me while i do this. I want to grow my followers and meet like minded people. I want to learn about the new innovations coming and be part of a new system.

For me it's all about the little gains. Keep interacting, keep posting, keep adding to the community and i firmly believe that the rest will fall into place with time. Most people on here aren't making $500 a posts and i never expect to. I want to stick with what i enjoy doing and whatever i can get from that, brilliant. It's all about the long term picture for me and where i would like to be in three years. Hopefully the blockchain will have gone from strength to strength in that time and i will have managed to follow that trend.
