Fake beef in a large restaurant

Hello friends!
Let me tell you a story of mine when I walk into a pretty large restaurant. Me and my friends have come here. Also, because this is a special occasion.
This is a picture of a meat dish.
I called the beef disk and the staff put out a plate of meat.
Do you think this is a beef dish?
I look at it and I feel suspicious. If you are a cow eater or meat you will know. Beef color is very different from meat in this dish. I suspect this is just pork meat pretending to be beef.
For example, the meat is in a certain part of the cow. But its color and flavor will not look like this. Look at the color of the fat in the meat chopsticks, I'm very insecure about this dish.
I called the staff at the bar and told them. They told us that this is definitely beef.

I doubt because I find it unlike beef. Because of the big restaurants these days, there are many places where they eat very badly. They just want to make a lot of money and they use it all the way.
They use unwarranted and untrustworthy things.
If that's true, I'm really sad. The same people that they go to others. If I think they are very bad people
