Flying upside down cause blood to pool in the skull and pressure build up inside the brain and eyes, it may result in congestion in the blood vessels causing strokes or rupturing of blood vessels. Don't try this at home lol.
He loved to flew a plane upside down, maybe his enjoying the view of the sky.
Actually he has born to do something. And has courage to touch the sky.
He prefers to see the ground and not the sky.
