You have presented your entry very well. The video and the 2 programs were done as requested both in repetition and in not editing the video.
You have allowed your abdomen to release the strength there so that you were able to carry out these programs. The lower and the upper abdomen are really the target here and according to your feelings, you felt contractions there. Not to worry, they are just normal and they prove that you did them well.
Your responses to the last 2 questions are detailed. You have saith your feelings and the most difficult. If you keep practicing that particular one that is the most difficult, you will become used to it.
