Restaurant and bars in party central of Thailand, Pattaya have adopted and embraced bitcoin due to the thriving tourism industry. The Bitcoin community is very active with meetups like Bangkok Satoshi Square found at https://www.meetup.com/Bangkok-Satoshi-Square/

Local online computer retailer InvadIT can not keep up with demand and has been out of stock for several months. You need to Pre Order for the next shipment and that will go quick too

It's evident that the Crypto currency mining is here and Thai people want to cash in on this emerging industry while it's new. Good thing for retails selling GPU's right now the demand is far out stripping the supply. With GPU miners cashing in it's good news for the retailers because they also need Motherboards, PSU's, cables, Monitors etc. So things are looking very rosey for Bitcoin and Crypto currencies in Thailand so far.

Its amazing how quickly Thailand is jumping onto BTC. They are so ahead of the game with BTC Atms and btc currency being accepted nationwide in addition to the craze with mining. The rest of the world will be doing catch up!
