    Cucumber is rich in water and its skin contains insoluble fiber. Both water and cucumber fiber help the food to move through the digestive tract faster and easier and help prevent constipation.

  10. Maintain a healthy weight
    Cucumbers are very low in calories (16 calories per cup) and they also contain fiber on their skin. And foods that contain fiber can help maintain a healthy weight.
