Copwatch - Airway Heights with More Blue Privilege

I was in Airway Heights, WA for a soccer tournament over the weekend and came upon this scene involving an order follower putting a guy in handcuffs while a woman watched on in disbelief. I'm not sure why the guy was being arrested and the woman was a little paranoid understandably so. I tried going to the Airway Heights Police department to find out what he had been arrested for. This same cop was in the parking lot on the phone and when I crossed the street towards the police station he went into a private access door.

The second reason I went to the police department was to get a handle on how many of their vehicles had obscured front license plates. I found at least one other that was also an unmarked vehicle. Again because the lobby was closed and the officer went inside there was no one to speak with until Monday.
